VISA
All participants will need a VISA to enter Russia. You can obtain a formal invitation letter from the organiser. The formal VISA Invitation Letter is free of charge in case you book your hotel room via Cosmos Travel. In all other cases Cosmos Travel will charge you Euro 30 per individual request.
Accommodation
Overnight accommodation and travel costs are not included in the registration fee.
